Blueprint shortlisted for SPCA Commercial Development of the Year award

TVBC and Kier Property are pleased to announce that the partnership’s latest industrial scheme, known as Blueprint, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ category at the South Coast Property Awards.

The two unit scheme was delivered in partnership with Test Valley Borough Council in July 2022, and is the third development the partnership have completed. Both units were placed under offer prior to Practical Completion and is fully let. Logistics City Andover will bring forward the next phase of development, where outline planning consent has been granted for up to 487,000 sq ft of B2/B8 uses and is earmarked to deliver mid to large scale design to suit requirements.
